Moore Law Palmerston North was first established in 2018 and offers a wide range of legal services with a focus on timely professional advice. Kelly Morris, Rob Moore and Richard Moore, as well as their Support Team, are the main points of contact for the Palmerston North office.
Kelly Morris is Manawatu born and bred and is passionate about the Palmerston North region. Her main area of law is Property Law – buying and selling houses, refinancing with her specialty being assisting home buyers with the purchase of their first home. Of which she has helped over a thousand clients into their first home. “It’s a great feeling to see clients into their first home and share that nervous and exciting journey with them.” Kelly asserts. As well as house conveyancing Kelly also practices in Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
Richard Moore specialises in Commercial and Property Law with a particular focus on farming, forestry and large-scale subdivisions. Asset Protection (including retirement planning), Not-for- Profit Law, Trust and Estate Law, Business and Employment Law. Richard is the founding member of Moore Law which he established in 2006.
Rob Moore also enjoys helping home buyers into their first home and estimates that he has helped over a thousand such clients across New Zealand with many of these being in the Manawatu region. He practices a wide variety of Law including Commercial, Estate, Wills, Trusts and Property Relationship.
